Recently I have come across some videos which do not entirely qualify as intranet launch or promotion videos, but which are still nice or interesting enough to share.
Intranet product promotion
This agency has created a number of humorous clips, to promote their Office365-based intranet product. I like their series of clips which look based on the work of Roy Liechtenstein and appear to use the hyperbolic text and voice-over of the videos from Velux and Argos.
The Intranet Manager of course:
But they also feature some other intranet stakeholders:
Jeremy and Bill from Rain City Housing are running a naming contest for their new intranet. You can no longer enter or win the prize, but fortunately you can still enjoy their cheerful video:
Doherty Enterprise, a restaurant chain, is also working on their new intranet. And from the video this appears to be really long-needed! You can vote for a name:
This video of the ‘spookiest SharePoint intranet you’ve ever seen” was uploaded at Halloween. Don’t do that, folks, this can only end in a bad way!
This one is a tad longer (36 minutes) and will take you through internal comms mishaps of which a Document Graveyard is only one!
Office365 Use Case
Interesting comparison between various collaboration tools compared to the Office365 suite, where two agencies pitch for work. Can you predict who will win? 🙂
Intranet is child’s play…
And this is an older one explaining the benefits of a social intranet over email. It was quite widely shared 5 years ago but for all newbies: isn’t this cute?
There are some more in this series:
I hope you enjoyed these! And remember, my collection of intranet promotion videos can be found on http://ellenvanaken.video
(And please upload your own intranet promotion video to YouTube or Vimeo and let me know the link – or let me know when you have a nice candidate for my collection)
